Founding Milagro Through Growth and Resilience.

"My journey in this industry began on January 3rd, 2024 whe I moved to Nashville, TN and entered a sales career. That moment marked a turning point one that followed a bold decision the year before. I sold everything I owned, including my home and liquor store in Connecticut, and withdrew my son from private school. I came to realize that comfort, while familiar, had become a cage. I knew it was time for growth, discomfort, and challenge.
This transition was not just a career move, it was a mindset shift. Over time, five core principles have guided my journey, each one helping shape the path I’m on today.
1. Outwork Everyone
Success isn’t just about finishing tasks it’s about intentional improvement. Every task, no matter how small, is a chance to grow. I believe all work works: it either works on you, for you, with you, or against you. Regardless, it always leaves an impact. My advice is simple: keep working. Stop waiting for perfection it can become the enemy of progress. Even when the results aren’t immediate, consistent effort compounds over time.
2. Stay Hungry
We don’t settle because we’re lazy we settle because comfort sneaks in quietly. It disguises itself as peace or well-earned rest, and slowly convinces us to play it safe. I’m not against rest, but unchecked comfort limits our potential. Growth happens when we remain hungry when we push ourselves beyond the boundaries of what’s familiar and easy.
3. Pivot and Start Over
Change is not failure; it’s a necessary part of progress. Early oon in my sales career, I rose quickly to a Team Lead position. Then life shifted, I donated a kidney to a close friend. That decision meant stepping away, and in my absence, the team I had built dissolved. It was a tough lesson in letting go of what was and focusing on rebuilding. Instead of dwelling on the past, I leaned into the opportunity to lead with renewed purpose.
4. Trust Your Team
Leadership isn’t just about direction, it’s about trust. When you trust your team and they trust you, high standards become the baseline. My team inspires me daily. Their effort and commitment remind me to lead by example. I can’t expect more from them than I’m willing to give myself.
5. Replace Motivation with Discipline
Motivation is fleeting. It disappears when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or discouraged. Discipline is what keeps you moving when motivation is nowhere to be found. If you want to change your reality, stop standing in a puddle of motivation. Build habits, set standards, and be consistent especially when it’s hard.
This journey has taught me that resilience isn’t about bouncing back it’s about pressing forward with intention. I’ve found my “Milagro”, my miracle, not in a single moment, but through the daily choice to grow, lead, and persist."
